The Federal Reserve increases interest rates by 0.75 percentage points to fight inflation. The new target range is now 3% to 3.25%, the highest level in almost 15 years. We talk to Tom Sullivan, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce鈥檚 Vice President of Small Business policy.
