Should Both Sides Of The Rohingya Crisis Be Covered?
Following last week鈥檚 interview with the 主播大秀 Burmese Service editor, a listener has been in touch with his concerns of the reporting on the Rohingya situation.
Nearly half a million Rohingya muslims have fled Myanmar for Bangladesh after a campaign by the country鈥檚 army. The UN is describing it as ethnic cleansing but Myanmar rejects the claims. In an interview last week 主播大秀 Burmese Editor, Tin Htar Swe told Rajan the service strives to get both sides of the story but since then one listener has been in touch to criticise this stance.
