With politicians being jailed for corruption, is South America's biggest economy ready to shake off state ownership and open up to the world?

Katy Watson reports from Rio de Janeiro on a country slowly emerging from its worst recession on record, and gearing up for presidential elections in October. The programme has interviews with economist Marcos Troyjo of Columbia University, and with Eduardo El Hage, the lead prosecutor of the "Car Wash" investigation that is cleaning up Brazilian politics.
