The Iranian Navy says it is behind the seizure of an oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman in which armed masked men boarded a ship and changed the vessel's course towards an Iranian port. The incident comes at a time of heightened concern for ships travelling through the Gulf and the Red Sea.
