Radio Scotland Motivation Season - What's On

Ö÷²¥´óÐã Radio Scotland gets motivated throughout January with a new season of programmes, A New Year – A New You. Here are the programme details where you can listen, take part and fulfil your potential.

Fred and the team are here to help make 2010 work for you!
We are pairing up a Radio Scotland presenter with a motivational buddy. They will be overseen by motivational and life coach, Gillian Brown. Throughout the four weeks we will have additional coaches and assistants specific to our volunteers' individual motivational needs.

Monday 25 - Running. Ö÷²¥´óÐã Radio Scotland's Gary Robertson and his buddy Sara will give an update on their running.
Tuesday 26 - Phobias. Does Shereen Nanjiani still have a phobia about moths?
Wednesday 27 - Book Writing. Euan McIlwraith - how is the The Out of Doors Cookbook coming along?
Thursday 28 - Work. Is Kaye Adams is becoming an early bird?
Friday 29 - Health. Is Vic Galloway becoming more healthy?


Success Against The Odds - Tuesday 26 - What do certain people have within them that enables them to strive for their chosen goal? Pat Nevin hears stories that will inspire and encourage others to realise their dreams.

Radical Thinking - Wednesday 27 - Edi Stark and guests take on society's biggest issues. Social anthropologist Dr Neil Thin and Carol Craig from the Centre of Confidence and Wellbeing join Edi to discuss happiness.

Help Yourself - Friday 29 - As part of the New Year, New Me season, Julia Sutherland helps another listener change their life. Can she help a mother of three restart her working life?
