The Royal Highland Show in miniature

By Sam Thom

It's great watching the world go by, but here's an opportunity for you to see time pass quickly at the Royal Highland Show. This is a time-lapse film shot in the showground during Scotland's largest agricultural exhibition.

The film is created using a stills camera to take thousands of photographs at intervals of 1-3 seconds, which are then strung together like frames in an animated film.
