"This isn't any old book. It's got some pages missing and my brother knocked his drink over it, but still it's important to me.
It reminds me of a special day when I was seven years old.
Altogether, there were five of us - me, Alice, Ashton, Troy and Dominic. We were taking our Holy Communion together.
We were all given a copy of this book to prepare for our big day.
Taking communion was an amazing feeling and after that I went back to my house and had a party. It was one of the best days of my life.
Now this book lives under my bed, covered in dust. But I like to know it's there keeping me safe."
