Nica is very proud to be Welsh and has always wanted to fly the red dragon flag outside her home. Finally, for her 60th birthday, some of her grandchildren decided to club together and buy her a flag. Now, after the year and a half it took them to erect the flagstaff, she and her husband are running it up the mast.
