Fighting "the war to end all wars".

World War One veteran George Richards recalls in this 1994 interview how he truly believed that twith the British army in France in 1915 really was a 'war to end all wars'.

George Richards, now a widower, states simply that his wife would not let him talk about the his experiences during the war.
