  • Location: Dylife and Glyndwr's Way.
  • Description of this walk: A more comfortable way to get some mountain views along part of Glyndwr's Way.

Sometimes people miss out on Montgomeryshire and head straight for the walking hotspots of Snowdonia, but there's some fantastic scenery here.

Derek takes a circular walk, using part of Glyndwr's Way, from the old mining village of Dylife to a viewpoint said to be one of the best in Wales.

He's joined by area warden Rab Jones who was brought up on a farm just five minutes from the trail he helped lay out and relaunch in 2003.
