Outlook producers work in two different teams - based around two sets of four desks - otherwise known as centres of feverish activity. That's Rochelle in the top right looking feverishly active.

There are three plants in the office which have become the objects of growing dispute. Plantlovers - like Deiniol and Claire above - recognise that they play a key role in combatting global warming. Others - like Tim (not pictured) - find that they get in the way and make the office too dark.

Outlook presenter Fred Dove interviewing American-Lebanese pop star Mika in one of the Bush House studios. He does this every day - as a warm-up before the main event. That's after he's played cricket and swum 60 lengths.

Members of the Outlook team who have been very naughty get put on the roof of Bush House until they start behaving again. In this case they are Deiniol, Rahat, Rebecca, Endre, Claire, Christine and Kate. Shortly after this picture was taken, this lot started shouting 'Rescue'. (People in the street below think there's a primary school up here - not far wrong of course.)

ah... that explains it. Perspective. An Outlook perspective. If you work here too long you get turned into an iron man - which is an honour apparently. But where did those clouds come from? They must be painted on.
