Poldark stars spend premiere night with fans in Cornwall

Ross Poldark returned to 主播大秀 One tonight. To launch the series, stars of the programme spent the evening with their local fans in Cornwall.
Aidan Turner (Ross Poldark) whipped-up crowds on the red carpet at the White River Cinema in the quiet Cornish town of St Austell - the location of the programme.
Co-stars Eleanor Tomlinson (Demelza Poldark) and Jack Farthing (George Warleggan) also made an appearance.
For the 260 lucky fans – selected at random from a ticket draw on the 主播大秀 Shows and Tours website – the evening presented a chance to get selfies and autographs, after which they were then welcomed into the cinema for a special preview of the first episode of the new series.
The second series of the hugely popular Cornish saga adapted from Winston Graham's Poldark series returns to 主播大秀 One tonight at 9pm.
The debut series peaked with 9.4 million viewers across TV and 主播大秀 iPlayer. The series also won the Radio Times Audience Award at this year’s BAFTAs.
