Don’t Forget The Driver is a new comedy for 主播大秀 Two, set in the seaside town of Bognor Regis.
Written by Tim Crouch and Toby Jones, Don't Forget The Driver observes the beauty and ugliness of life in small-town Britain, following a group of people struggling with their sense of identity and place in the world.
Who's in Don't Forget The Driver?
Toby Jones. Toby has been in film and television since 1992, he played Neil Baldwin in 主播大秀 TV movie, Marvellous, but is most well known for his role as Lance in 主播大秀 Four comedy series, Detectorists. He plays Peter Green (and his twin brother Barry), a single parent and coach driver, who's life is thrown into turmoil when he finds a stowaway.
Claire Rushbrook. Claire is best known for her role as Linda Earl in Channel 4's My Mad Fat Diary and as Rose Morgan in 主播大秀 drama Requiem. She plays Fran, Peter's good friend who helps to cheer him and his daughter up when they're in a slump.
Erin Kellyman. Erin has had a big couple of years. In 2018 she starred as Enfys Nest in Solo: A Star Wars Story and Éponine Thénardier in the 主播大秀 adaptation of Les Misérables. She plays Kayla, Peter's daughter who's struggling with her identity and doesn’t feel like she fits anywhere.
Marcia Warren. Marcia is a double-Olivier Award winning actress, best known for her roles as Maddy's Mum, Margaret in 主播大秀 comedy Life Of Riley and as Mrs. Boggle in Sky's comedic murder-mystery, Agatha Raisin. She plays Peter and Barry's ailing mum, Joy.
