Last night's BAFTAs (Sunday 8 February) were particularly special for 主播大秀 Films. That's because this year the British Academy chose to award 主播大秀 Films the Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award, which has been given in the past to luminaries like Peter Greenaway and John Hurt and organisations like Pinewood and Shepperton Studios.
Head of 主播大秀 Films Christine Langan accepted the award on behalf of the team: "What could go wrong? I'm going to really badly cry... because so many of the films have so much heart - are so emotional..." You can watch Christine's interview with Zoe Ball after accepting the prize on the .
主播大秀 Films' Pride continues to make us swell with the stuff: The film which tells of a group of gay and lesbian activists who decide to raise money to support the families of the striking Welsh miners was awarded the Outstanding Debut By A British Writer, Director or Producer award for Stephen Beresford (writer) and David Livingstone (producer).
