SuggestiON-AIR: Oxegen 2010
Groundhog day! We're packing our pink espadrilles and mirrored shades once again to make the trip to Punchestown for , so tonight on Across the Line radio we will be asking what is making you shudder with anticipation.
As usual, the ATL team display their own deluded sense of self-importance and hereÌýwe listÌýwhat we're going to be dancing badly at...

Goes without saying , and all the nordies are the big standouts for me, but I'm dead curious to see what AVH will get up to on Saturday night. For ten years he's been rattling off tracks I've loved and played to death at the discoteque - his own stuff (), his productions for other artistes () and recently some obscenely good remixes (, ). Oh, and the stuff with (also Djing on Saturday) is ludicrous levels of fun. Always love a wee rave moment at Oxegen, and if I can convince anyone from Team ATL to join me in the intimidating confines of Oxegen enourmo-dance-shed on Saturday night... well, it'll be TAPS OFF for sure.

pretty much defines the word unpredictable. The former frontman turned electro-pop guru may provide the moment of the entire festival if the live performance matches the soaring grandeur of or it may alternatively collapse under the sheer weight of its own hubris, just like this sentence. Either way, it will be a spectacle. Is Nick still even in the band? I dunno. Anyone?

I know - predictable to the end but I honestly can't wait to see them, given it's for the tenth time (slight exaggeration) but still each time it's a different line-up, new songs, and the same great atmosphere and energy at their gigs. Their new albumhas seen a slight departure from their usual indie vibe to rockier territory (thus the title) so I'm looking forward to the crowd's reaction to it in a live setting. A bold statement to make, but they are one of my top bands of the last decade. Will they finally play live at a gig I am in attendance at though? One can only dream.

Hopefully it will be better than how I got on with my wishlist last year, when Ladyhawke cancelled.
Although I did meet a very nice girl from Dundalk, so it wasn't all bad.
I don't know why I have chosen to share this particula tale with all of you.
