What happened: It's always interesting to see how well traditional pop acts transfer to the stage, but Ellie Goulding certainly has the talent. Admittedly with just one released album under her belt, it's a tough job to not play one filler track or two, but with huge singles such as "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" Goulding is guaranteed to invoke some festival dancing. It's fun, it's inoffensive, and while she won't be changing the world any time soon, her second album promises some more of the same if 'Lights' is anything to go by. The crowd interaction is fairly limited - at best - but it's a composed performance.

I'm Yours: Most pop stars suffer live vocally, but this singer has no fears in that department. In a word, she was wonderful. While a ballad like 'Your Song' may be a bit of a bizarre festival standout, it was an immaculate performance backed up by a few thousand strong amateur choir.

We Cry: 'Human' is a definite low point, a real thumb-twiddler for the crowd. They know the singles well, and 'Starry Eyed' sends the crowd into raptures, but beyond that, it can be a little muted at times.
