The Dublin based artist, real name Richie Egan, previously won the award for his 2008 album 'Ritual' and receives a cheque for ten thousand euros as part of the award.

'Ocean of Frequency' is Jape's fourth studio album. The band will play Whelan's on March 16th. New single is available now.
