Ìý

We've not made life easy for ourselves, recommending not just one gig but an entire evening of events, with 200 odd acts playing over 90 venues!

In a nutshell, Friday sees take over the streets of Belfast with shows, exhibitions and gigs taking place in and around a number of well known venues in the town. While we don't recommend making a specific plan (that sort of goes against the whole point), it may be worth having a nosey at their website just to get your head around the sheer scope of what's on offer.

To home in on a couple of ATL friendly events, may we cheekily recommendÌý,ÌýÌýandÌýÌýat Saint Anne's Cathedral? Then there'sÌý,ÌýÌýandÌýÌýat The Black Box. But it's over to Matthew fromÌýÌýto invite you to an event at The Oh Yeah Centre!

'We're super excited to be playing on Culture Night with two of our favourite bands in Belfast on one of the best nights of the year in the city. There's the prismatic riffage ofÌý; the frenetic post-punk shapes of Third Man Theme and the gloomy grooves ofÌý. Plus, with a new exhibition by visual artist Claire Miskimmin andÌý, this free event promises to be an exciting night that dances on the line between arty and party! Come on down have a dance with us! We'll be the ones drunk on music, art and beer.'

Oh...and like everything at Culture Night, this event is all nice and free!

Culture Night runs across Belfast this Friday. Third Man Theme, Blue Whale & Girls Names play The Oh Yeah Centre. Doors are at 7pm.
