Robocobra Quartet defy gravity with new single ‘Heaven

Robocobra Quartet are back and better than ever with this week’s Best Song in the World. It’s a dark and brooding piece that leaves you wanting more.

The track itself emanates a post punk feel with commanding spoken vocals throughout. This, paired with mighty saxophones and hypnotic rhythms keeps you on your toes, making for an exciting listen. The band have said the track looks at, “the cult-like mania of capitalism” and follows on from their last album ‘Plays Hard to get’. Their first release since 2018! This is just a slice of what the band has to offer as they gear up for live dates across London and Belfast this month. They'll be making an appearance at the Shacklewell Arms, London on March 4th and the Brilliant Corners Jazz festival in Belfast on the 12th of March.

So, if you’re into syncopated rhythms, climbing bass and thrilling brass lines, our Best Song in the World ‘Heaven’ by Robocobra Quartet is for you.
