Let me start with a word on the cabbie earlier in the week. I did say thank you. Treat people like you want to be treated I guess. Well this week I have got myself in a weird situation. I am supposed to be on a date with Shobu Kapoor A.K.A Gita from Eastenders. Mmmm.. What to do?

What on earth will I talk about? I really want to know what Michelle Collins was like off set. Is that ok? Is Ian Beale a dweeb in real life? Oh well, I'm sure it'll be fun. The plan is to take her to dinner at the weekend. The things I do for radio!

Still no word from Nakumi my monkey - a bit worried about that really. She knows I have adopted her and seems to be staying clear from the keepers at the sanctuary. Even the Metz and Trix CD isn't enticing her. I feel a trip to Malawi coming on..

I'm still in the office and beginning to wonder if this radio malarkey has become a full time gig. I did an 11 hour day yesterday with no lunch. Can you please inform the authorities or at least come by the studios with a tiffin box. Some Chicken Tikka and Naan would be lovely, thank you. Oh with some mint yoghurt sauce.

I haven't spent enough time with my mama over the past few days so I think I am going to cook her some pasta tonight. May get her to cook the keema though. Health and safety reasons. Anyway as my mother always says "my keema" would be non existent.

Much Love,

Adil "kebab di haddi" Ray
