Hey its the weekend
I'm on my way to Manchester to record a doc for Radio 4 which involves interviewing wives to be whilst they have sexy photographs taken of them.
Oh there is a heaven. In fact I feel so privileged that I suddenly feel all charitable. I just gave my change from my Egg Sandwich to a very unfunny stand up busker - now thats Comic Relief. On the show today I did my bit by shutting up. Staying silent in the name of charity to raise awareness. Genius.
Please make sure you do your bit and what you can.
Once you've done that you deserve a bit of exercise and entertainment. Why not bust your moves to my Big One for next week. Heads nose toes..K.I.G. Take a listen.
