Morning The Good

Post categories:

All in all not a bad weekend. Stayed in both Friday and Saturday night. Not bad hey? Staying in is the new going out! The best thing is you're up early the next day which is great when it's a bright sunny morning like yesterday. Ok ok...I am getting on a bit and starting to love the more calmer things in life. Yes I have swapped my Rolling Stone subscription for Reader's Digest. Have you read 'RD' recently. I had no idea you could have so much fun with a bedpan, thanks to their article - 50 things to do with your bedpan.

We did a bit of 'Market Research' again on the show this morning. It turns out the average amount of sleep most of you get is 6 hours. That's not much more than a good nap in my book. I need a good 8 hours. Producer Jenny needs 10 and a half.

Got a really mad week this week. As well as Asian Network stuff I begin recording a series of documentaries on photography and Britain for Radio 4. Today I am off to London to hang out with Tim Flach as he takes intimate pictures of Dogs. Not ideal when I have a slight fear of them. Not photographers you understand (unless they are the middle aged 'freshie' wedding type) but dogs.

Thanks to all of you who find the time to read this.

Very grateful.

    Hi Adil,

Just thought I'd let you know it is a truth universally acknowledged that all Asians are scared of dogs. Hope it wasn't too frightening for you...

    hi adil.

if you are scared of dogs, you go up to that dog, and you look it write in its face and say to the dog, you are in my yard and you caint scare me.
as for sleep, i can only wish for more than 3 hours, i'm blind there for my sleep at night is hampered.
