There will be uninterrupted coverage from the events (not available on Freeview) during the Ö÷²¥´óÐã One programmes, you will be able to watch the events in full without commentary. Surely the feeds are available (as the service is available on Sky), so it is just a matter of writing the MHEG code for this? I think that this is a poor state of affairs, as the Ö÷²¥´óÐã are one of the main backers of Freesat. As a new Freesat "customer" (coming from Freeview) I was surprised that this service was not available yet.

Next up the concert. I was pleased to see they were actually transmiting in 5.1 dolby surround sound. Unfortuatly the sound mixing was so poor there was hardly any sound coming from the rear speakers. Generally the the sound was poor with the wrong microphones being selected at the wrong time. I know this was difficult to mix but the Ö÷²¥´óÐã should have used some one with experienced in mixing live concerts. Unfortuanatly the video was also very poorly produced. In particular there was constant fast switching between cameras . I assume that this was some sort of attempt to create excitement but this actually was very annoying. The performances were exciting enough and didn't need any help. As one example was "Our House" which the Ö÷²¥´óÐã should have just left as a long shot of the Palace so we could watch the brilliant projections. Again the fireworks was spoilt by constant changes of cameras. The producer needs to be far more restrained in swtching cameras. In fact I would say in a well produced programme viewers should not notice camera changes. Then at the end the Ö÷²¥´óÐã really messed up by overlaying the end of the fireworks with the credits.
I think it is quite clear that the quality of Ö÷²¥´óÐã management is very poor. I also fear we are going get similar problems with the Olympics. They need to cut back on interviews and show more of the sport.

There is a limited red button promised through an Ö÷²¥´óÐã Sport App for F1 but anything else is noticably missing
Despite the red button streams being made available to less advanced and older boxes of Virgin Media these streams not functioning/missing from the tivo lead to userof the jubilee and over 2 weeks has past of the Torch Relay
After the Olympics the Tivo however will 'excel' if it has the app(s) (hint) as the conventional stream system is to be put out to pasture relegated to 1 stream and favoured towards IPTV solutions

Euro 2012 along with the F1 (Wimbledon later in the month and assumed Olympics after) can be chose however still work to make the app more broad appeal (Football, Tennis results and sport news stories (text) that available on the website.
Aside from the Sport, Can we Tivo users have an App for the non sport Red Button things!
Last Week Jubilee and the annual Proms (however not my 100% actual taste) would be a excellent example.
Idea: CÖ÷²¥´óÐã Extra and Cbeebies Interactive could be apps along with play along
