The release of the single 'Let's Make Love And Listen To Death From Above' was one of the most exciting things to happen to my ears last year. And although no other song on the CSS album quite lived up to its dizzy heights of aural perfection, its role in the reintroduction of day-glo to my wardrobe cannot be underestimated.

So, I'm a little confused as to why our very favourite Sao Paolo popsters would choose one of their most underwhelming tracks for the third single release from an album that is choc-full of potential indie hits.
Why not 'Music Is My Hot, Hot Sex'? Why CSS? Why?

This leaves me in the uncomfortable position of having to give one of my very favourite bands a mediocre review. It's a bit fun, plenty Sub Pop, with an OK guitar riff and the usual Lovefoxx vocal, but its ultimately uninspiring. There, I admitted it. Now, can you leave me alone for a bit. There's something wrong with my eyes... just leave please.

Three starsReleased: February 26th
