Another Sunny Day in Germany

CarrieMorning all - its day 5 out in Germany and it just seems to get hotter by the minute! I was up at 5.50 thats 4.50 your time and it was already boiling!!! The show's been going really well - we had the boys from Embrace here this morning - they are a great bunch of lads very funny - was hilarious singing the backing tracks on World in Motion and World at Your Feet last night..it gets more surreal every day..

Yesterday the manic exercise continued - this time Asa took us for circuit training in a field at the side of the golf course. We had lots of Germans looking at us thining we were completely mad...There was a line of trees that we had to sprint back and forth too..then sit ups star jumps wheel barrows and piggy backs!!! Got to give a shout out to Rhys for his efforts!!! Don't think i have ever seen him quite so red in the face!!

Those of us who are complete nutters then went for run through the forest again - it really hurt!!! Going to try and go again today but my abs are killing me!! Also after a shocking round of golf with Richard the engineer on monday really need to get down the driving range and get the old swing back to basics!

Looking forward to the Brazil match later - I should think we'll go into town to watch that one and see our barman Timo! Bizarrely we had dinner there last night and managed to find the only Greek restaurant in Germany!!!

Have you got a ticket to the next England match then? My housemate's boyfriend goes back home to Germany on Wednesday and has managed to get a ticket, I am very jealous!

I found something on the internet that doesnt really have any relevance to anything, unless you're refering to the referee. I was on google and i typed in 'cod eye' and there is actually a place in america called 'cape cod eye' which is a lazer and eye surgery clinic!!
