Flatulence

Chris | 11:13 UK time, Friday, 23 June 2006

Chris MoylesPop a doodle doo blog readers .. the host and star of the chris moyles show here.

I am sat opposite our executive producer Rhys Hughes who has just written his blog. We are sitting on the wooden benches just outside the broadcast chalet. Now Rhys has an unbelievable flatulence problem.

He's like big ben. On the hour every hour, a rumble noise comes out of his bottom. And today is no exception. he has just let rip AGAIN, whilst sitting on the wooden bench. If you hear any noises back home in the UK...chances are that it's Rhys farting.

In other news, Chappers and Dave are filling in for Vernon tomorrow and Sunday which means no lie in for them over the weekend. Maybe we'll have a big party tonight and tomorrow might just to keep them up!

060623_ob_aledsave_200.jpgI've also just been taking some photos of Aled in our make shift goal. We all take shots at him with the ball .. and I take shots with the camera! Ha ha! Surprisingly, he was actually very good and let in only about 3 balls from about 30 shots. Aled for England .. or maybe Wales.

Right that's enough from me, I need to go before Rhys's bottom orchestra strikes up again.

I love your show and listen to it every morning when i go to work from 7.50 till 8.30 but the morning with the other bloke farting made me change the channel.
almost made me sick!
I am Romanian and I find it horrible that you, blokes can talk about farting like it's something you should be proud of.
argh, i don't want to think what other body functions you'll find funny in the future shows...
it's probably just cultural difference, but no, please no...Vio

Hi Chris

Tell him to try charcol tablets for that wind. If it does not work you can have great fun rubbing them around the rims of the glasses he must have mugged a WAG for! So he may have wind but he will look a right pleb in the pub with big black lines all over his face!

Argentina VS Mexico was very exciting. I saw part of it in a Miami Restaurant called "Fat Tuesday Daiquiri Grill". Everyone was either supporting Argentina or Mexico with all the emotions present.

My mistake: Germany lost to Croatia in the 1998 World Cup.

Germany VS Sweden was Germany at its best. Germany showed that it still has it. It seems as though Germany recovered from its humiliating defeat to Croatia in [World Cup] 2002.

An idea for you is to walk in when chappers and dave are on air tommorow and start making noise in the background. That would be funny.

CM: I would like to congradulate you on the article of flatulence. It made me laugh like I have never laughed before :D.

I am reminded about the article by Benjamin Franklin [one of the signers of the US Declaration of Independence] in which he states: "Fart Proudly".

There was one comedian in America who states: "Every Time Bush Farts, he wants to look for Weapons of Mass Destruction. Every time Congress farts, a law is passed".

I'm glad you're enjoying yourseles. I am seeing Spain VS Saudi Arabia on the tickers.

Oh i like it when Chappers and Dave fill in, not that i dont like the weekend djs...but i prefer Chappers and Dave.

Oi dont be stealing Aled for a goalie for your team, youve got decent goalkeeprs...if anyone needs a goalie, its Scotland. That way, we'll have at least one good player in the team.

And as for england, i think its ecuador you play next? Well anyway, good luck, hope you get through!

Have you lot been watching the other countries games in the evening, if so, what did you think of Aussies last night? Nice to see Harry get his goal!
Anyway, enjoy yourself and lets hope it lasts till the 9th of July
