Swim Forest Swim
While the rest of the team take a hard earned break I'm going to be in work over the next week and popping up on air every now and then getting ready for my swim for Sport Relief next Saturday. If you're bored of the event or of me talking about it, I apologise. If I was honest, I'm bored of me! But with only a week to go and over £54,000 raised it's worth it!
So, for old-time's sake here are the vitals. If you're out and about and would like to sponsor me a little text "Aled" to 82125 (texts cost £1 and at least 70p of that goes to Sport Relief) or if you're online (as I'm guessing you'd have to be to be reading this) then go to and pledge whatever you can afford. We're making a REAL difference here. The kind of money we're raising is going to help so many disadvantaged people in and outside the UK. Plus, having only swam 1,200 metres out of a neccassary 1,600 your money will ensure I can't stop and give up.
If you heard this morning's show you'd have heard the song I sang as a way of getting more cash, it went down so well I'm going to look into how I can get that online, maybe even on the Ö÷²¥´óÐã site.
While we were in Germany Chris and I also worked on a video which we and other people could stick on random websites as a way of getting the message out there of sponsoring me. We can't put this on Ö÷²¥´óÐã online so if you want to see it go over to my and take a look for the cameo role in the background!
While you're there I plan on finishing my this weekend which act as an unofficial behind the scenes look at what the team got up to.

After the World Cup Victory by Italy, the other great news has been the cleaning of the Italian Clubs. Those who were involved in the Italian Football Fixing Scandal deserves fines, prison sentences, and expulsion from football.

i loved the song it nearly made me cry so i txt in a few more times. i think it need to be played on every show so we can all sing along. good luck with the swim once you start your adrenilin will kick in and it will be a lot easier than you think you could always cheat and wear flippers!!!
