Rachel Hello to you, I hope you're having a good Monday morning. Aled and I are busily working in the office, when Aled says 'Who's doing the blog today?'. I totally forgot to give someone the job today, so thought I better do it! So here I am...

...Yes don't be surprised that Aled and I are working hard. It's this time of year that it all goes a bit hectic. Loads of Christmas Plans and also sorting out what we'll be doing when we come back in January. Oh it's all go you know.

I'll just take this opportunity to tell you about my weekend. My parents came down to big London Town and the whole Jones clan went along to Strictly Come Dancing. I know Chris thinks that it's just for old people, but I loved it. The highlight was seeing Lionel Blair on the opposite side of the dance floor to me. I don't get out much!

Totally changing the subject, I'm still recovering from our guests Peter and Katie P on the show this morning. Blimey, they were a bit hectic. I nearly had a heart attack at one point when Katie nearly through her tea all over the studio desk. That's never a good thing. We have the lovely Patrick Keilty coming on the show on Wednesday. For all fans of the show, you may remember the last time he was on the show we played Dave's game 'Nik Nak Paddy Wok'. I've been trying to persuade Chris and Dave to bring this back, but they said it's a one off. Hurumph....oh well I'm sure we'll come up with something equally as entertaining!

Didn't listen to the show today because I just can't stand katie or jordan or whoever she is. Just craves attention and gets on my nerves. Patrick on the other hand rocks! Wok on, wok off!
