Good afternoon readers of the blog..

Apologies this is late, I blame Chris. He was meant to do it, but didn't so I said I would. But that's fine, as I haven't written one for a while. Chris says hello I'm sure and will be writing a blog at some point soon!

Blimey it's all go at the moment on the show. Aled's spending a week off the hamster wheel. You might have heard Chris talking about it on air. I did it last week, basically it's a chance for all us producers to get off the 'hamster wheel' and spend a week working on big things. If you live in Northampton you may have bumped into me last week when I was accosting people on the street!

Anyway…other things going on. Dom and Dave are gearing up for their star performance on Ready Steady Cook. It's going to be hilarious…can you imagine them with Ainsley Harriet cooking. Extremely bizarre, but I'm sure very very funny. They do that on Tuesday next week. They both have to fill in a food questionaire. Dom has put on his that he likes duck. There's no way that man is a vegetarian!!

The other big thing I'm working on is our Rally-oke. We're on the road from March 9th travelling around the country broadcasting our show in the morning and holding our legendary karaoke nite in the evening. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm currently working on the big prizes for the truck of luck and also the guests. All will be announced in a few weeks time.

So Valentine's day tomorrow. Probably the day that causes more arguments between couples than any other day. Mr Rachel gave me a pair of socks last year…I actually quite liked them. Anyway, on that note I better go as I need to a) finish my work, go home and get some sleep and b) buy a Valentines card.

Have a good rest of your day!

Rach x

PS - I'm going on hen weekend in Bournemouth soon. Let me know if you have any suggestions of where to go!

Hi yer Rach or should I say 'how am yer'. Grew up in Stourport but lived the first 20 years of my adult life in Kiddy.
I used to be on the door in the Market Tavern when we had bands on. We had some 'good uns'Chumbawumba played their - oh of course Robert Plant.
I'm 41 now Rach living in Newport South Wales(where you get your passports). I was heavily into sex, drugs, and larger in them days. My partner in crime was Scott Grundy they had the corner shop in Lourne Street, top of Station Hill.
Here a Kiddy joke for you, Kiddy bloke sees a man collapse on Comberton Hill so he dials 999 and says, "A man has collasped on Comberton hill" 999 girls says "Can you spell that please/" he says "Cem, Coberr.., Con... can you hold on a minute love while I drag him round to Lea Street"
I don't know how old you are so you may not remember the Tavern Days and Andy the barman, after that went people went to the Seven Stars.
It would be loverly if you could mention on air the Market Tavern or say hello to me if Chris lets you get a word in!
But write back anyway, it great to see a local girl make it big -well done. luv David- Up the Wolves and of course the Harriers and in my case Stourport Swifts aswell bye for now.

Hi Rachel
Wow! - a Hen Night. Bournemouth has so much to offer. If you are making a whole day or weekend of it, then why not go Pony Trekking in the New Forest, or Zorbing in Swanage!
If its just the evening, their are plenty of good restaurants to chosse from, e.g 1812 or Jimmy's are very nice for the descerning Lady.
I believe the Dreamboys are coming to Landmarc soon, but am unsure of the exact date and with more bars / pubs in a one mile radius then any other town in the country, then if you don't like one, just move on to the next.
Happy Hen Night x

Oooh Rachel, you must go to the Adonis cabaret when you're in Bournemouth. I went there a couple of years ago for a hen do and it's a show with 2 very hot men taking their clothes off all night. They dress up as firemen and navy officers. Yummy!

Wow Rachel no response, what does this mean?
We cant wait to hear and see the tour coming up, make sure a lot of pics and videos are on-line so we dont miss out. Hen night? when exactly are you getting married? I thought it was some esoteric date in the future.

Keep those guys in line 'specially Chris who needs it a little sometime.
I am worried about his flooding though.
Have a nice Valentines day.
