Chris is going to meet Gary Barlow and Ronan Keating and go off to an oxygen chamber together.
Dave is going home to watch the Merseyside Derby (hoping that Everton will win)
Dom is also going home to watch the Merseyside Derby (hoping that Liverpool will win)
Carrie is cleaning her flat
Rachel is going to do a LONG walk and then following a well known fitness DVD by a well known generic Big Brother presenter
Aled is hoping to get a little bit of sleep following doing the Surgery last night and getting up early this morning. He's also clearing his flat out as he has some new drawers arriving this weekend!
Coming up on the rest of the week on the show... tomorrow Rob DJ's pub quiz at the NEW time of 7:45!
Ahead of his Zane dep Jimmy Carr will be in on Thursday and Keifer Sutherland's in on Friday!
