Chris - has a meeting with Andi Peters and then he's off on running session number two after the success of running session number one on Saturday - he's still a bit achey from it though

Dave - is filming something after the show and then he has an important business meeting

Dom - is filming something after the show and then he has an important business meeting

Tina - didn't sleep well last night, so she's off to have some kip and then to get her eyebrows threaded

Aled - has some Big Brother stuff to organise, then he'll be going to the gym, before having a sleep

Matt - is recovering from doing too many ab crunchers at the weekend
