Chris - is off to the gym for a work-out and then he may be out this evening for a drink with Peter Jones and Duncan Bannatyne of Dragons' Den fame
Dave - is going to his Aunty Carol's house with his wife Jayne and daughter Nicole
Aled - has record company appointments, he's doing some filming for Tamsin from the press office, then he's going to the gym and having a sleep
Matt - has his annual appraisal and then this evening he's going out for musical bingo with some mates from work
Dom - is up to general bits and bobs (including a Dragons' Den voiceover)
Tina - needs to see a man about a car, then she's having a personal training session and then tonight she's washing her hair
