Dave - this weekend he will be taking his wife and daughter to the airport to board a plane to Florida and then he'll be going to the final of the BTCC at Brands Hatch

Sam - is off to a recce today for an exciting project for the show and will NOT be watching 'The Only Way Is Essex'

Aled - is going to Swansea to meet some students and then welcoming some special guests on the Surgery on Sunday (who he can't mention at the moment)

Matt - has a busy day of work in the office, then it's a weekend of birthday drinks, for two of his mates

Dom - has lots of boring meetings tonight and then tomorrow he'll be DJing in Norwich
