Chris - is having a meeting with Sandy to discuss Christmas jingles which we'll be playing on the show, then he's going for a run, then he'll be watching Coach Trip and the Leeds game tonight...and, only if he has time, he might get in a bit of Call Of Duty: Black Ops action
Dave - has a meeting with Matt Fincham about the Tina Awards, then he'll be meeting Roy Walker in his Imaginarium and then he'll be having a kip
Sam - is having a quick meeting with Chris, then doing some work in the office and then having a long sleep
Matt - will be devising the Tina Awards with Dave, then this afternoon he has record company appointments and tonight his sister Hannah is cooking home-made burgers
Dom - will be watching Celebrity Coach Trip and then the Chris Moyles Quiz Night from yesterday
Tina - is having a girly lunch and then she's having a session with her personal trainer
Aled - is off sick
