Chris- will not be going to the gym, so he might have a run this afternoon and will finish off his chilli con carne and watch Corrie. Bono will also be coming over*

Dave - will be going to the gym

Dom - will be doing the Oddbox and then he has a meeting later

Tina - will be having a very long nap and will stay at home for the rest of the day

Aled - will be having a series of meetings, a gym session and will work on his comedy material (Watch the video here)

Matt - will be going to yoga and then tonight will be going round to a friend's house for a very posh dinner

Sam - has to get on with planning the Xmas Karol-oke and other assorted business. She will also try not to eat her own bodyweight in chocolate today.
