Chris - is dreading going back to the gym for the first time this year and then he's going to go home and not eat bad food for the day

Dave - is going training at the ice rink and then he has some work to do

Dom - is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat, then he has a meeting, then he's picking up his car from the garage and then he may consider going to the gym

Tina - has thousands of emails to go through today

Aled - is going to the gym with his trainer and then he'll be sleeping

Sam - is trawling through a massive back log of work and then going home to fix a rotten window - she is a multi tasker!

Matt - will be busy catching up with bits in the office then tonight he's unpacking more stuff in his house (despite living there for nearly three weeks)
