Chris - will be working on the podcast then he's off to the gym for the third and final time this week

Dave - will be having a long planning meeting with Roy Walker in his Imaginarium

Dom - will be presenting the Oddbox today

Tina - will be doing lots of work in the office

Aled - is doing his record company appointments, then he's going to the gym before building up some sleep ahead of next week

Matt - has lots of work to be doing, then yoga, then tonight he's cooking for his housemates and getting music organised for a house party

Sam - won't be going to Matt's house party. She hasn't been invited. Again.
