looking forward to the phil/shirley stuff the storyline is quite boring though they deserve better than that however the couply stuff between them will be good!

I felt sorry for poor Tamwar in this evening's Eastenders - getting a drink chucked over him by Kat. I thought it was a bit mean of her. :-/
It doesn't look like the poor lad had a very good start at finding a girlfriend, and I don't think Stacey would've been his type either.
But I don't think he deserved to have a drink chucked over him. :-/

I hope he finds a nice girlfriend next week. 8o)

Tamwar is great, one of my favourite characters. Hope he geta a girlfriend, but will Zainab approve if he does?! The actor who plays him has such great timing.

I hope Lauren dosen't tell anyone that Stacey killed Archie, if Madeline Duggan still played Lauren, then she would keep it a secret cause she was good friends with Stacey. Apart from that, looking like a good week.

How can Lauren be so mean?! She recorded when Stacey admitted that she killed Archie?! That is so sick! The old Lauren wouldn't have done that! She wouldn't have cared! It isn't Stacey's fault that she killed Archie! She had a reason!

I absolutely hat, despise and detest the new Lauren. She has totally destroyed what was a complex but sweet character. Yeah, the old Lauren had problems and issues to, but you were able to sympathize with her because she was overall a really nice girl. The new Lauren however is horrible! What were the producers thinking? She is a really evil and completely unlikeable person and every time I see her on the show I just want to strangle her or throw something at the t.v.!

I don't understand why they think the viewers could accept such a complete character change. It's okay that the new actress doesn't look anything at all like her, but the personality change is just too great to accept. I hope they get rid of her and fast, even if they don't bring the old one back because she is flat out awful and it makes me want to stop watching the show every time her character comes on now!

If any of you producers are reading this, then please do something quickly!!! Am sure a survey will show that no one likes her at all!!

i love eastenders but i am annoyed with this new Lauren. i think the actor is awful and why they had to change her is beyond me..
The writers of Eastenders seem to forget that Lauren tried to kill her dad, did she not? so why would lauren care what happened to archie and also why is she so bothered when stacey was a good friend of hers..

Totally agree! Not only did she try to kill Max, but Tanya did too. Why doesn't Max tell her that!!!! The old Lauren also knew that Bradley had forgiven Stacey for sleeping with Max. He was even at their wedding, so why the new Lauren would think that Stacey was now using him is beyond me. Looks like the producers forgot that as well!

They should keep Stacey and ship the new Lauren back to Tanya and off the show for good. People finally want to see something good happen to Stacey as well, like her finally getting together with Ryan. It will be absolutely devastated if they kill her off! She's too important to the show and one of the best characters/actresses on there.

P.S. I hope Phil and Shirley give Roxy the money back. I didn't mind Phil going off on a bender as a crackhead, since it was so realistic. But I don't think his character would actually steal from his own cousin. Why would he do that? He has the Arches back and he got the Queen Vic back as well, even if he then sold it to Alfie. He makes Phil ten times worse now than him being a druggie!

P.S. I should say that I have been watching Eastenders for over ten years now every night and enough is enough! They always kill off the best people on the show and it seems that they are going to do the same thing to Stacey as well.

I only joined this Blog to let the producers know how I feel about what's going on and I hope they listen. If they are, then I just want to ask them to please not kill off Stacey! She's one of the best people on the show!

So, dear producers, if you are reading this, then please take note. Get rid of Lauren and keep Stacey!

I really dont want stacey to go.. I also really dont like this new lauren when i found out shed changed i thought ok i'll give her a chance but now its like shes not lauren its like lauren is dissapeared and max has another evil child bring back madeline duggan she was excellent!! I am not looking forward to when abbey changes either and when ben comes back...

Is this want it has come to the new lauren is a good enough actress, it would have been unrealistic to keep the old lauren as she would have been too Young to act out the recent death of billie jackson, who died from consuming too much alcohol. it was acted out fantically and I think the way the producers have changed her is amazng anyway she was going to evantually grow up the character. The eastenders producers have made the right desicion the new lauren is a rebal and is realy feisty teenager and understandly misses her brother bradley as they always got on so well. I must also say she is a fantasic actress and i have really warmed to her.

I Can't believe that Roxy did not guess Phil and Shirley stole the last bit of cash she had left to her from her dad, Archie. Especially - when she shares her house with Phil and Shirley, you would have though Roxy had seen the cash lying about somewhere. Plus - why would Phil want Roxy's cash when he owns the Archeer's and Peggy signed the pub back over to Phil. Phil, is also taking £1,000 in rent every fortnight from Alfie & Kat. So, it just does not make sense.

When is the new Ben going to start..?
