I agree, Ian and Mandy will not last. Those two just don't seem to understand or hear each other. She is too deep in her own problems, and he is too deep in his own. He acts crazy because of his bad financial situation and Ben situation, and she won't even really confront him - just goes and buys her wedding dress and shows Ian that ad for the very expensive honeymoon. She is heartbroken after her mother's death, and he just says "good riddance". And then there is Lucy, who will do anything (and that means anything) to stop the wedding an split Mandy and Ian up.

Oh dear dear! Ian, so no one has ever loved you? What do you think Jane did for all those years? Or it just doesn't count? You were the one who killed that love, bit by bit. As for Alice, her and Lauren even look like they are related/ Alice is mumsier version of Lauren.

coco-bomb: The thing is Ian is not in a good mental state, have you seen him walking around the streets in his dressing gown with no shoes on? Does he look like a person who is well to you? The reason is his him going bankrupt, Ben's confession and on top of that, thing are not going well with Mandy. To be honest, I think the EE writers made Ian have this breakdown because he now knows about Ben and it's getting ridiculous that several people know about Ben now and no on went to the police. Hearing about this secret made Ian sick and he was really close to actually telling the cops, he did't even really care about what Phil would say or do anymore. So his breakdown stopped him from doing that. And this boring story line will now last and last and last. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Re:Janine and Jean's Picture: Am I the only person who doesn't like Jean? To me, she is highly annoying. Was so stupid of Alfie to trust her with his money. If she gives Michael her own money - that's her business and no one else's. But she had no right whatsoever to give him Alfie's money as well ,even if she meant well. And now, when she will be found out, she will just look at Kat with those puppy eyes, and will be forgiven. Also, when she bitches about Janine, she forgets that Stacey stole Janine's husband. Speaking of which, Charlie Brooks portrays Janine really well, but I would prefer her playing a nicer character, because she is really good at showing Janine's softer side (when she cries for her parents or when she was in love with Ryan, or when she is at her grandmother's death bed or Pat's death bed) or funny side.

I agree with Bigsmile76 about Ian. He was having a breakdown and he thought if he married Mandy and got out of Walford then he'd be free from Ben and Phil. He does deserve happiness. I don't know why it was made out tthat it's all about Cindy, like Ian's been searching for her replacement all along - where did that come from? Quite honestly, Ian should have dumped Mandy when she confessed to cheating with Ricky. He did dump her but then she said "you'll just grow old alone" or something like that. She tried to make him feel bad, and he took her back. I hated that EE did that. If I wrote the script I'd have Ian saying "I have Bobby, I won't be alone"
