Huw's DIY Label of the Week - Song By Toad

songbytoad.jpgThis week, we doff our cap to , the label behind some of Scotland's finest independent music makers, including the likes of and . They've also released a record by Kenny Anderson, better known as King Creosote.

The label aims to promote and bring wonderful music to our ears; and it's all thanks to Wind in the Willows!

I caught up with Song By Toad at Glastonbury last weekend. Mathew, who started the label, was there with the excellent Meursault who I loved seeing on our Ö÷²¥´óÐã Introducing stage.

    When I read the "About page" for this blog I knew just the band that needed some serious exposure. The name of this group is "chiddy bang". Its a four man band sort of hip of ish but their music is exceptional they are so big on youtube but i haven't seen them on tv or radio yet. You can check out one songs here .
