On Wednesday night my Radio 1Xtra show came live from the newly acquired studio of Redlight & Toddla T in West London for future music week of Radio 1Xtra's Ö÷²¥´óÐãgrown Month. Setting the badman producers a challenge of creating a track from scratch to completion in 3 hours wasn't enough. I got samples from some of my fellow Radio 1 and Radio 1Xtra colleagues that they had to incorporate into the track (big up to Mary Anne Hobbs for the idea!) including the sound of Annie Mac mimicking Shakira's She Wolf howl, Donae'o shouting 'SUSHI' and Huw Stephens bellowing "pancake" in welsh. To make it even more complex, we got some top flight vocalists to come and sid dung toppa di riddim, sid dung untoppadi vershan: J2K, Roses Gabor, Lady Chann & Jammer.
