One would assume then the 主播大秀 are being biased against Muslims considering the number of Muslim terrorists that have turned up in Spooks.
Unless they are saying that it's impossible that even the most radicalised extremist Christians would never commit terrorist acts.
The 主播大秀 are being accused of being biased becuase quite simply they are.., when will the 主播大秀 produce the Bolen reoprt which they are spending our money to supress?, if they had nothing to hide they would allow us all to make up our own minds after reading it.

You mush be joking. Spooks is one of the most biased of all the 主播大秀 drama programmes. We have had:
Evil security services trying blow things up
Evil Israelis taking hostages
Evil Christians killing people
In fact the only people they have not focused on are those who, in the real non-主播大秀 world, are actually killing people across the world!
You need to pay more attention to Spooks, in the various series they have covered threats from everywhere including muslim radical groups.
J.G. there was a Spooks episode which had Muslim terrorists, but the key to that story was the foreign Muslim intelligence officer who gave his life trying to stop the suicide bomber.
However, you are right about this current series. In this current season a Muslim is more likely to be victim then a bomber.
The series started with a coup attempt led by senior members of the intelligence community and leaders of big business. Other episodes have had the government turning a blind eye to a future genocide in order to get the result they wished at a publicity gaining summit, the Isreali's secret service trying to frame Muslim groups and extremist Christian groups.
In this current series of Spooks a plot twist would be if the people behind the attack WERE Muslim
Hmm, don't want to get into a he said/she said point scoring thing. However Episode 3 of this series was in fact about an Al Queda cell trying to plant a dirty bomb.
JG's post actually verifies how even-handed the writters of this fictional show are being. Yes all the vilins are "evil", thats the point of them being villins. There has been one episode with a Christian nutter as the bad guy amongst a variety of bad guys from sections of society. No one section has a monopoly on nutters and extremists.
In this case I think *some* Christians are being as overly sensitive as *some* Muslims are when they are portrayed in a bad light.
Personally I think it's a great show and worth my license fee!
JG, How can a drama be "biased"? The very term "bias" assumes some attempt to reflect reality. Spooks is a work of fiction. And why is The Editors even covering this? Surely this has nothing to do with the editorial output of 主播大秀 News.
ChuckL I expect it is being covered because it was "主播大秀 in the News" - which is the head of this blog entry.
If the Editors didn't cover this then there would be some who would suggest it was left out for "sinister" reasons.

It is biased in that, along with much of the 主播大秀 drama output it manages to get in the usual 主播大秀 on-message liberal-left PC world-view. Anti-war WMB references in Dr Who, one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter in Robin Hood, and this 'everyone can be bad' message in spooks. Spooks Do you really think that the security services in this country are spending their time going after renegade Christians or Israelis? No, they are after Muslim terrorists. I know this is a drama, but that is the point. It is this kind of insidious bias that permeates much/most of the 主播大秀 output.

i am new here but you will hear to me very well.why the hell the whole world is crying that muslims are the only terrorists in the world. this is a great fact that Mr. Bush is the greatest terrorist of the world.now the all american policies are failed in Iraq and Afghanistan. now the americans are in trouble and their big currency dollar hanging in between the currencies of the world. this is a fact that in coming election there is a clear cut defeat of Mr. Bush. let us see !!! have a look on our world it is less safer than before. now we should bring back Mr. Bill Clinton back for our progress and prosperity. he was the best president of America.
