Why hasn't anyone suggested that Ö÷²¥´óÐã take that 350 million pound war chest it wants to use for new acquisitions and use it for its operating budget instead. Doesn't the Ö÷²¥´óÐã have a big enough electronic mouth to pontificate with already?
