On this morning's show we met Ben and John from - who dropped by the studio earlier in the week before rushing off to Camden for a gig. They graced us not only with their presence, but also by their presents - in the form of a couple of band t-shirts.

We also unveiled a couple of tracks we've been saving up from two of the best sessions we've heard all year. A killer version of Illiterate - the debut single by the captivating and outrageously talented - and another mini masterpiece of economy from the new EP by Sheffield's .

The keen ears of regular tipsters Bethan and Target brought their usual weekly infusion of excellent taste, and friend of the show recommended a track from that's so funky it should come with a health warning.
