The last unfinished poem by Dylan Thomas, written in America just a few years before his death in 1953, will reside at the National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth after it was bought from a collector.

Dylan Thomas

Elegy was purchased as part of a collection of the poet's works; the manuscript is said to be in a very early draft. Other works in the collection by Thomas include some of his very early poems, such as A Refusal to Mourn the Death by Fire of a Child in London.

The collection was bought from Jeff Towns, who owns in Swansea. Read the full story on the Ö÷²¥´óÐã Local Mid Wales site.
