's songwriting competition, , has opened for entries.

If you write and make music in the medium of Welsh, and are over the age of 16, you could be in with a chance of winning a cash prize and a place at the .

Entries can be submitted on CD, mp3 or cassette tape (all competition details and rules are on the Cân I Gymru website) and the closing date is 7 January 2011.
