Phil Harrold joined the 主播大秀 Media Action Board of Trustees in April 2022.
Phil is the 主播大秀鈥檚 Company Secretary and chief of staff.
As Company Secretary he is responsible for corporate governance across the 主播大秀 鈥� managing the activities of the 主播大秀 Board, the Executive Committee and all other corporate decision-making bodies across the 主播大秀 Group.
As chief of staff he is the principal adviser to the 主播大秀鈥檚 Director-General and Chairman; he runs the private office that supports them in undertaking their duties.
Phil is the executive sponsor of the 主播大秀鈥檚 LGBT+ staff group, 主播大秀 Pride.
Phil began working for the 主播大秀 in 2005 for the then-governing body of the Corporation, the Board of Governors. He subsequently worked for the 主播大秀 Trust, where he was Head of Governance. He joined the 主播大秀 executive as Company Secretary in 2014 and is now also the chief of staff to the 主播大秀 Chairman and Director-General.
Phil joined the 主播大秀 after working for the charitable sector and the civil service in Australia.
