Top UK comedy talent including Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams, Peter Kay, Dawn French, Ricky Gervais, Lenny Henry, Ruby Wax, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Chris Evans and Liza Tarbuck will be hitting the screens in honour of the Red Nose.

For the very first time, Comic Relief takes members of the public to Africa to see how the cash they have raised in previous Red Nose Days has helped transform people's lives.
