The event takes place at ExCeL London on Monday 12 December.

Tickets are on sale now and are available by phone, however we strongly recommend booking online via this site if you can – our online system is able to handle far more simultaneous transactions.

Please note that are the ONLY official ticketing agents for 主播大秀 Music Awards. Tickets from other agents may be fraudulent and do not guarantee access. The 主播大秀 and their agents work together to combat touting wherever possible. If you are in doubt as to the authenticity of your tickets, please contact Ticket Factory on the above number.

Ticket prices are as follows:

£42 - £47 (+£1.75 admin fee per ticket)
Standing: £52 (+£1.75 admin fee per ticket)
Golden Circle: £62 (+£1.75 admin fee per ticket)

In addition to the £1.75 admin fee per ticket, there is a £2.50 fulfilment fee applies per order.

A maximum of 8 tickets may be purchased per transaction. In addition there is a limit of 2 transactions per payment card.

Once you are in the system you will have approximately 10 minutes to complete your transaction. In order to avoid the process timing out it advisable to have an idea of which ticket you wish to purchase before you enter the system.

Age Restrictions:

PLEASE NOTE: Children aged 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. Children under the age of 14 should not purchase tickets for the standing area of the venue for events, and those young people aged 15 and 16 should only enter the standing floor when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event

Please arrive at the venue in plenty of time to allow for increased security checks

Disabled access tickets are £42 plus booking and facility fees and include a carer ticket

Please note that disabled facilities are not designed for customers with temporary conditions such as broken legs, healing wounds or women who are pregnant. There will be medical and welfare facilities on site for all customers.
