• is inappropriate (e.g., offensive, sexually explicit, indecent, disruptive)

This is to increase audience interaction with the 主播大秀 and consider featuring your drawing on the Life Drawing Live programme or in an online 主播大秀 gallery. We will not process your personal information where your rights override our interests.

Retaining your personal information

If your life drawing is shown on air or uploaded to the 主播大秀 Arts gallery, the 主播大秀 will retain your drawing contribution and personal data in perpetuity in 主播大秀 Archives as part of our journalistic output. If your drawing is not shown during the Life Drawing Live programme or uploaded to the 主播大秀 Arts gallery then your data and drawing will be securely destroyed by 27.02.20.

Sharing your information

Your personal information will generally be restricted to relevant members of the Programme’s production team and crew, as well as the Programme’s third party experts (where relevant). Where necessary, we may also share information with other 主播大秀 staff and the Commissioning Broadcaster, with our professional advisors, and from time to time with other programmes that may have an interest in your contribution.
